Michael is a solutions-oriented professional who brings in a multidisciplinary finance background to Mad Capital. Before joining Mad Capital, he was the Director of Capital Markets & Finance at FarmOp Capital, an alternative agriculture lending company where he was focused on developing processes and building tools to support tailored credit solutions for asset-light farm operators. Prior to that role, he was at Ag Resource Management, a private equity-backed alternative lender during which time he primarily worked on transactions aimed at optimizing the cost of capital to enable bespoke working capital financing for modern agriculture producers. Michael’s career path originated in Wall Street, but he eventually felt a longing for a more active lifestyle which led him to Denver, CO where he now lives with his wife and daughter. He is a well-traveled, expert skier with a racing background and strongly believes in the regenerative organic revolution’s positive impact.
