Anant joined the Mad team from Neat Capital, a venture-backed fintech mortgage lender, where he worked as Vice President of Finance helping to grow the company to over $70 million of originations per month. At Neat he led a team that built a loan-level accounting system as well as a comprehensive Business Intelligent platform that provided real-time KPI reporting across the entire organization. Anant was also the CFO of a cleantech startup in the logistics space as well as a Principal investor at two growth-stage venture funds earlier in his career.
As a seasoned financial executive, Anant has led finance, FP&A, M&A, and investment banking teams through various economic cycles, providing financial reporting and analytics to senior executive management and the Board of Directors. Anant’s passion is building teams and systems that can scale to create impact in an outsized way. Anant resides in Boulder, CO with his wife, two daughters, and two cats.
