Caitlin is an agricultural finance professional who brings a blend of lending expertise and hands-on livestock and farming experience to her work at Mad Capital. She has supported producers of all kinds across the Mountain West, Wet Coast, and the Midwest through roles in agricultural and commercial lending, credit analysis, and relationship management, drawing on time spent in agri-centric banks. She was raised in agriculture and completed her degree in animal veterinary science and her Master’s in Business Administration, specializing in agribusiness. Caitlin pairs financial rigor with a deep appreciation for the realities of life and work on the land. At Mad Capital, Caitlin is motivated by the opportunity to champion regenerative farmers, build deep relationships, and help build financial systems that truly serve rural communities and the land. Outside of Mad, Caitlin is a former professional rodeo athlete who loves to hunt, travel, ride horses, and spend as much time outdoors as possible.
