Rachael’s deep understanding of agriculture stems from her lifelong experience as a farmer. She grew up on her family’s dairy farm in Wisconsin during the 1980s, an experience that highlighted the financial difficulties many farmers face and fueled her professional mission to support them. Before joining Mad Capital, Rachael dedicated over two decades to agricultural lending, working for both community banks and FBN Finance. She is known for her comprehensive approach to underwriting, excelling at understanding a borrower’s needs and developing tailored plans for success. Outside of work, Rachael, her husband Ryan, and their two teenage boys operate a row crop and Registered Hereford farm. They enjoy watching their kids compete in sports and cheering on their beloved Green Bay Packers.
